Commander Soha 'Rolamee was a Sangheili noble and an officer of the Fleet of Particular Justice. He served on the fleet's Council of Masters during the Battle of Installation 04.[3]

Biography[edit]

'Rolamee had an office aboard the Ket-pattern battlecruiser Truth and Reconciliation. He was subordinate to the Prophet of Stewardship, the Minor Prophet assigned to the Fleet of Particular Justice. 'Rolamee was present when the UNSC Pillar of Autumn crashed on the surface of Halo Installation 04 on September 19, 2552. During the ensuing ground campaign on the ring, 'Rolamee worked as part of the commmand council coordinating Covenant forces. Early in the conflict, he was part of a meeting with Special Operations Officer Zuka 'Zamamee, in which 'Zamamee requested 'Rolamee's approval to hunt Spartan John-117.[3] At first 'Rolamee was hesitant and refused to grant 'Zamamee permission.[3] However, he acquiesced after the Spartan raided Truth and Reconciliation, killing hundreds of Covenant troops and rescuing the human commanding officer, Captain Jacob Keyes.[4]

When the Flood was discovered 'Rolamee apparently took charge of the containment procedures. When these attempts failed and the Flood began spreading uncontrollably across the ring, the Prophet of Stewardship had 'Rolamee beheaded. Stewardship used 'Rolamee's severed head to convey "the price of failure" to 'Zamamee.[1]

Personality and traits[edit]

Despite his senior officer status, 'Rolamee was generally a polite and respectful individual, even to his inferiors. Upon initially meeting Zuka 'Zamamee, he inquired how Zuka was healing after his wounds sustained in the boarding of Pillar of Autumn; once the council made its decision not to allow 'Zamamee to pursue John-117, 'Rolamee tried to soften the blow by altering the message to note that the council found 'Zamamee "far too valuable" to waste on the task. Despite this, Zuka was able to tell that that sentence had been added by 'Rolamee out of kindness.[3] However, despite this kindness, 'Rolamee did not extend this to the Unggoy serving under his command - with both 'Zamamee and 'Rolamee forgetting to offer Yayap a seat in their second meeting.[4]
