Lawgiver is a special variant of the M45D Tactical Shotgun.[5][6]
Overview[edit]
Design details[edit]

Lawgiver is a named variant of the M45D Tactical Shotgun, upgraded to use the Kinetic Bolts attachment for extra damage, accuracy, and a higher rate-of-fire.[5] The weapon's chassis is based on that of the normal M45D, but recolored to have with dark red stripes decorating the front barrel, main body above the fore-end, trigger area, and rear stock.[6]
Service history[edit]
Lawgiver has been integrated into the UNSC Infinity's War Games simulations for use by Spartan-IVs.[6]

Lawgiver is an Uncommon Level 
energy REQ that grants 
50 REQ Points when sold. It operates identically to a normal Shotgun, that is generally more damaging and has higher accuracy.[7]
Trivia[edit]
The phrase "Dura Lex. Sed lex." in the REQ card description for Lawgiver is Latin phrase that means "the law is harsh, but it is the law."[5]
