:It's very simple. After the first Agincourt was destroyed in 2543 they built another which was destroyed in 2552. The new one was possibly even named in honor of the one destroyed at Cole's last stand. It's very common for navies to reuse names. - It's very simple. After the first Agincourt was destroyed in 2543 they built another which was destroyed in 2552. The new one was possibly even named in honor of the one destroyed at Cole's last stand. It's very common for navies to reuse names. For example the story also mentions the Leviathan in 2503; another ship named the Leviathan fought at Sigma Octanus and was destroyed at Reach 50 yrs later. Prob not the same ship since the one at Reach was a Marathon-Class Cruiser, top of the line in 2552.--Rusty-UserWiki:Rusty-112|112]] 06:20, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
- I would imagine that another ship was commissioned later with the same name. The Royal Navy, for example, has had five ships named Ark Royal throughout its history, and the US Navy has had six ships named Enterprise, with another two operated by the Continental Navy. Its hardly unusual. -- Administrator Specops306 - Qur'a 'Morhek 06:37, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
