- Main article: Halo Mash-Up: Minecraft Evolved
The Halo Mash-Up: Minecraft Evolved, also known as Minecraft: Halo Edition, and on some platforms as Master Chief Mash-Up, as well also being referred to as the Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition - Halo Mash-Up Pack, for the Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft is a mash-up pack created by 4J Studios, with the help of Microsoft Studios, 343 Industries and Mojang.[1]
Skin Packs
Skin Pack 1
- "Customize your character with this selection of stunning skins!"
- — Marketplace Description[2]
Skin Pack 1, also named Classic Skin Pack 1 on PlayStation consoles, and Skin Pack 1 - Classic on Bedrock Edition, was the first Skin Pack released for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition releasing on July 16, 2012.[3] This Skin Pack coincided with the Title Update 3 for the Xbox 360 edition, making use of the then newly added Character Skin Selector.[4] The Skin Pack contains various skins, such as some unique skins, a few based on Minecraft itself, and the majority based on various games, such as characters from Fable, Gears of War, Banjo-Kazooie, and most notably three Halo themed skins.[5]
When Skin Pack 1 was originally released on PlayStation (PlayStation 3, and shortly after eventually PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita) on March 27, 2014, on the PlayStation specific version of the Skin Pack all licensed Skins tied to Xbox where replaced with skins themed around PlayStation franchises.[6] The Skin Pack with the skins untouched was later made available for Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo Switch on January 30, 2018.[7] Eventually PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Vita finally got the original pack on March 27, 2018.[8]
