Frederick "Fred" Tatasciore (born June 15, 1967) is an American video game voice actor, best known for voicing the Hulk in several incarnations as well as Saren Arterius in Mass Effect.
Tatasciore provided voices for Jiralhanae in Halo 3,[1] and the Truth and Reconciliation's AI and 049 Abject Testament in third Terminal of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.[2] He also did minor voice acting for Halo 4,[3] and continued working with Bungie as Xûr, Agent of the Nine in Destiny.[4] He voices Chak 'Lok and Spartan Tomas Horvath in Halo Infinite.
