The Inner Territories Transportation Administration (ITTA) is a travel authority of the Unified Earth Government, likely only operating in the Inner Colonies. Citizens of the UEG are legally obliged by ITTA regulations to comply with crew member instructions at all times. Failure to comply may lead to an individual being temporarily sedated.[1][2]
In 2558, Benjamin Giraud was sedated after refusing to take his seat aboard a flight, and was later fined fifty thousand credits for the "in-flight incident".[1]
