Lesser ranks are mainly responsible for one thing - working, and then, of course, being promoted. =D If you'd like, the Ship Master is our current improvement article. Completion of it would definately lead to a promotion, if that's what you're looking for. =D

The Councilors have all these myriad responsibilities, of which the most important is working, of course (RR grins), but they also have all these rights to impeach and accuse and blather as well. Ts'all. =D

The image and "Honour" part are fine, though that does make it a tad long in my opinion.
