Plaza is a Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer map set in Flamenco Street in the Promesa research center on Andesia.[1][2] The remix of this map is Overgrowth.
Gameplay
Plaza is a small, asymmetrical map with a mix of close combat and long sight lines, well-suited for Free-For-All as well as team modes. The map's layout can be described as complex and chaotic, with a diverse set of engagement scenarios and flanking options constantly keeping players on their toes. The focal pickups on the map are the Sniper Rifle, spawning on an elevated section quickly accessible via a lift, and the overshield, spawning on the central walkway above the street. The Hydra launcher also spawns on the map.
Overview
- This section needs expansion. You can help Halopedia by expanding it.
Remake
Halo Infinite features an official Forge remake of this map named Solitude. It was released on June 27, 2023 during Season 04: Infection,[3] after originally being scheduled to be released during Season 03: Echoes Within.[4]
Trivia
- One of the callouts on the map located on a dumpster is called Oscar's House. This seems to be a reference to Oscar the Grouch from the television show Sesame Street.
