Incident Response and Investigation (IRI) is a branch of the United Nations Space Command created in the wake of the Human-Covenant War.[1]
Overview[edit]
IRI is dedicated to identifying and locating perpetrators. It was originally formed as a response to rampant piracy that sprang up between what remained of the Unified Earth Government's Outer Colonies following the end of the war with the Covenant.[1]
