WHITE TOWER is a large facility and civilian contractor settlement. Protection of it was considered paramount, with UNSC Navy and UNSC Marine Corps forces stationed there to accomplish that task. Silver Team used it as a base for resupply and briefing for missions further out from Reach.[1] It is located within Reach City.[2]
