[[Arbiter]] [[Thel 'Vadam]] recalled hearing of the events and how Nizat, his fleet decimated, and his reputation ruined, had subsequently been summoned to [[High Charity]] for reassignment, which was a euphemism for punishment. Thel had wondered if the [[Hierarchs]] had intended to make Nizat an Arbiter before he had fled to Netherop.
