New Ugga is a human township on Concord. The town is one of three located among the Hinterlands region spanning Concord's equatorial temperate climate band, alongside Skathi and Ploh. Prior to the invasion of the planet by the Covenant, New Ugga was predominantly populated by civilian mining personnel and isolationist Concordian settlers.[1]
