Armored Marines are a specialised type of UNSC Marine employed by the UNSC.

Description[edit]

Armored Marines are a heavily armored kind of Marine unit, boasting an extremely heavy variant of the UNSC Marine Corps Battle Dress Uniform.

Gameplay[edit]

Armored Marines appear in the Blitz multiplayer mode of Halo Wars 2 as a playable card for players playing as Professor Anders.

  • Rarity: Rare
  • Cost to deploy: 50
  • Y-Ability: Grenade Throw: Tosses a grenade at an enemy unit to deliver explosive damage.
  • Guard: This unit covers nearby allies, receiving all damage they would normally take.

The Armored Marines are classed as core infantry, and perform well against infantry, vehicles and aircraft. If this unit is in fatal/sever condition, if this unit is guarding another unit while it's be healed, this unit will also receive healing regardless if the unit it's guarding is full health or not.

Trivia[edit]

  • The Combat Mechanic Marine is seen in the blitz art but the Armored Marine lack a member wielding a rocket launcher.
