Doctrine's Command was a vital capital ship in service with the Covenant's fleet as a flagship. During the Human-Covenant War, Spartan-II Kelly-087 was covertly sent into the heart of a Covenant fleet, infiltrating Doctrine's Command as part of Operation: HEMORRHAGE. Once aboard, she sent Doctrine's Command on a collision course with its own fleet, destroying half the fleet in the process, including several key capital ships.[1][2]
