Mesa was a human colony planet[2] in the Gateway system.[1]
History[edit]
Rise of humanity[edit]
The colony was settled in 2380.[1]
Human-Covenant war[edit]
In 2549, the Covenant's Fleet of Particular Justice under the command of Thel 'Vadamee attacked and glassed the planet.[2]
Post-war[edit]
After the Human-Covenant War, in 2557, Ram Chalva led a salvaging operation on Mesa, locating several M400 Kodiaks and a piece of Forerunner technology beneath the planet's glassed surface. He disappeared following this.[3]
