NOBLE-class Mjolnir is a variant of the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor [GEN2] manufactured by Chalybs Defense Solutions based on the Mark V Commando variant.[1]

Development history

Chalybs Defense Solutions, designers of the GEN1 Commando variant, significantly updated their design of the MK.V/K after the Covenant War, resulting in the production of the NOBLE suit.[1][2]

NOBLE was first introduced as an armor set in Halo 5: Guardians. The suit is not a fully-original design, and employs several Halo 4 armor pieces including the Mark VI MOD gauntlets and boots. The NOBLE set has two alternate skin designs; Honor and Valor.

Trivia

  • The suit is named after NOBLE Team, whose leader, Carter-A259, wore a Mark V Commando suit. However, the Commando left shoulder pad worn by Carter is not present and is instead replaced with a MJOLNIR Mark V shoulder pad.
