The only known Oracle Master, Parala 'Ahrmonro <ref>[[Halo: Ghosts of Onyx]].</ref> , is described as old, but fiercely intelligent. Beyond that, little else is known about the rank, or the Elite who holds it, other than that he collects intelligence.
