Huiren was a city on Sigma Octanus IV, destroyed during the battle for the planet either by Covenant invasion, or by the UNSC to deny anything of interest to the Covenant. Vice Admiral Hieronymus Michael Stanforth estimated it would take up to a dozen years to repair the city.[1]
