Special Assembly Plant Concord is a secretive human shipbuilding facility operated by the Office of Naval Intelligence, based in the Oort cloud of the Sol system.[1][2] The facility was utilized by the UNSC Navy to build Infinity-class supercarriers, including UNSC Infinity and UNSC Eternity, as part of Project: OUROBOROS.[1] Construction workers remained stationed at the facility for years to ensure complete secrecy.[3]
The Special Assembly Plant was also the location used to build the research station Argent Moon, alongside its sister-stations.[4]
