Fran was a soldier of the United Rebel Front. In December 2525, she took part in the Battle of Alpha Corvi II under the command of Whitaker. During the battle, Fran was ordered to accompany Miguel in destroying the mines on Black Reef to trap Covenant forces inside. Fran operated the rebels' last M41 SPNKR rocket launcher, firing at some placed explosives. Fran and Miguel ultimately perished in the ensuing explosion, taking out scores of Sangheili and trapping Blue Team in the mines below.[1]
