The packbus was a human transportation service aimed at Earth's illegal immigrants in 2552. In order to appear legitimate, they made sure the driver and a few of the passengers were legal citizens who allowed the CAA to monitor them electronically via the Surveillance Grid.[1] It was known to operate in the United Republic of North America.
