Mbaraki was a district of the port city of New Mombasa, East African Protectorate on Earth. Sector 5 was located within the district.[1]

History

During the Battle of Mombasa, the Rookie's drop pod landed in this section of the city.[1]

Economy

It was the host to multiple corporate buildings, owned by companies such as AMG Transport Dynamics and Traxus Heavy Industries.[1]

Trivia

  • The loading screen for Halo 3: ODST shows the name Mbaraki.
  • Like other named districts of Halo 3: ODST, Mbaraki is the name of an area in modern-day Mombasa.
