The 3rd Battalion Reserves was a UNSC Marine Corps unit stationed on Camber.[1]
Operational history[edit]
During the Human-Covenant War, Supreme Commander Thel 'Vadamee attacked Camber, catching it completely unprepared. 17 of 'Vadamee's ships bombarded key defensive positions and 'Vadamee personally led an attack on the UNSC system headquarters. The 3rd Battalion Reserves were the first to engage him, however they were caught completely unprepared. Instead of attacking, 'Vadamee ordered his men to wait for the Marines to prepare to defend themselves before wiping out the entire battalion. 'Vadamee's conduct with the 3rd Battalion Reserves later became the first documented proof of Sangheili showing honor towards their human enemies.
