The Minister of Penance was a San'Shyuum Minister of the Covenant and served in an unknown capacity during the Harvest Campaign in 2531.[1]
Biography[edit]
Warning the Prophet of Regret[edit]
Around February 4, 2531; the Minister of Penance send a message to the Prophet of Regret, where he discussed that the then-Arbiter Ripa 'Moramee's past sins were cleared. The Minister then tried to warn Regret of something or someone, but was cut off due to data corruption.[1]
