Ambient Wonder is the seventh track in Halo: Original Soundtrack.
Overview[edit]
It is defined by a constant, steady to slowly modulating synthesizer tone approximating the sound of an upbeat jazz organ. At 00:14, a slight undertone of shifting higher notes begins to show under the synth melody. Over the next few minutes, these two parts blend and weave together to produce a soft, ambient piece reminiscent of (and based on) the main Halo Theme.
Appearances[edit]
The track can be heard in the level The Truth and Reconciliation, when the UNSC forces enters Truth and Reconciliation through the gravity lift, and when they enter the bridge.
