Ignoring these two constant Moa, the pattern so far seems to be three moa from three levels each; the levels have also gone in order of the campaign, with the first three and then second three levels chosen so far as of the second week. The challenge does specify which three levels the selected Moa are in, thankfully (can't remember if the flight's challenge had that??)

Assuming all obtainable Moa are selected once before duplicating selections, there are enough Moa for exactly 13 weeks when pooled together; though with the current pattern of three per level, there's only enough for nine weeks due to the last two levels only having nine each (enough for three cycles, three weeks per cycle).

i'm logging which collectible moa show up each week here, for the sake of documentation; i'm not sure if this is content that deserves to be on the main moa collectible page currently, as if they are truly randomly picked each week there's not much helpful info here, at least in bygone weeks. in the off chance that patterns emerge after a number of weeks though, such as a fixed number chosen each week or a cycle of selections happening, it may be much more useful in the future.

Designations are the level names plus the number of their bullet point on the main collectible page. I am currently unable to check the two out-of-bounds on Covenant nor the out-of-bounds moa on Cortana.

Sierra 11 (sh_jungle010_030_02) and Floodgate 7 (sh_floodvoi050_020_02) have been present in both weeks so far, and don't count towards the challenge even when the weekly challenge includes the level they're in - this leads me to believe these two specific moa statues are for some reason not handled by the system that picks which ones to spawn and track. When playing the levels in the standalone H3 build, all the moa in a level spawn, so it's not like they're accidentally placed each week - it's more like most are removed and specific remaining ones are tracked.
