#REDIRECT [[:Category:Locations]]
After [[Halo 2]] was released the [[multiplayer]] maps production had been going full speed. Now there are many maps of all size categories. Some suitable for raw FFA carnage. Some excellent for [[Team Slayer]] with [[Battle Rifle]] start. Symmetric maps with two distinct bases. Symmetric maps with three or more bases where multiple teams can play well balanced [[CTF]] or [[Assault]]. [[Juggernaut]] is best played on certain maps, different maps depending on the size of the party. There are maps where Vehicles form the most strategic resources and maps where carnage always starts with a rush for the same weapon. In short, there's something for everyone. The maps are all very well designed with an extreme attention to detail. Some maps, like [[Lockout]] seems to transform with your experience, offering true fun regardless if you're a beginner or expert. Thanks Bungie for all these maps!

Note: Using a combination of overshields, swords, rockets, obstacles, and a variety of vehicles (as well as some skills), it is possible to leave, access restricted areas, or get to the top of a large number of these levels
