The SinoViet HM 1220 LTUV-M is a human vehicle made by SinoViet Heavy Machinery.[1] The vehicle is an SUV-military hybrid, whose use is generally limited to civilian transport and is favored by people who are "regularly shot at".[2]

One could easily relate it to the civilian Hummer of the late 20th and early 21st centuries or the Civilian Warthog. It competes on the market with the civilian Warthog, and its military counterpart has been replaced by the M12 Light Reconnaissance Vehicle.
