This is a list of projects CIA391 is doing or is/has planned to do.

Projects for 2019 (Will do VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!)

• Halopedia Community Team (Name pending a change to be more ace but right now it says as it does on the tin): This is something that I been wanting to do in some form for years. Get a bunch of Halo fans who love Halo, share their love of Halo. And as we are on Halopedia make the most of the platform we are on. This will consist of the "News", "Social Media", interacting with fans to help them out with lore and potentially other stuff, make videos, find stuff that is interesting no matter its source to share to Halo fans (sourced of course), and also have fun.

• Operation: Spartan Field Guide: A project to update all our Gameplay, achievement, secrets, and so on pages. This is so we can escape our "lore" stigma we are in. While its ace we are known for our lore, we can aim to do so much more.

• HWA: Halopedia admins know this. Just this is us making it public.

• Wiki support network: Make a network of wikis that starts with wikis under porples control to assist each other if its needed.

• • Emergency Patroller Protocol: A protocol to be drafted that "in the event" of Halopedia having less than 6 admins, we ask Destinypedia (may link this with the Wiki support network plan) to come into play and assist us till we get back on our feet with Patrollers hoping to be admins.

• Disambiguation pages fix: Pages that are Disambiguation pages and pages with Disambiguation headers (and similar stuff) have a major issue of not showing text in links and are due a major overhaul on the wiki.

Category fixing up

Alpha Halo

Unknown Ship: Halo CEA Terminals

A ship crashes onto Alpha Halo, it being the first species to appear to Guilty Spark. Guilty Spark becomes hopeful for the next visitors.

Meddlers: Conversations from the Universe

Revolution 56-11.333: Ho hum. Eons of inactivity and perfect stability. Then everything happens all at once.

A primitive, hegemonizing swarm calling itself The Covenant has landed on installation 4. Apparently seeking something specific. Exploring! Meddling! I've seen it all before. They'll record what they see and they'll leave.

This says that Guilty Spark has encountered other species, and they have Explored and meddled with Installation 04. These meddlers cause Guilty Spark to become hostile to anything that comes near Installation 04 as shown in the first Halo CEA terminal.

BACKWASH - WAR GAMES MAP_SET/: 098-8 Delta Halo’s primary Flood containment facilities resided in remote regions of the ring, including a series of vast bogs and swamplands. It is believed the Forerunners did this to discourage potential intruders or at least obfuscate the truth of the facility below. At some point, the Flood breached the containment facility, leading to an outbreak and formation of a Gravemind. It is unknown whether a system malfunction or outside meddling led to the breach.

This shows that outside meddling could of led to the Gravemind forming.

The old warrior rubbed thoughtfully at his scarred eye socket. "Many cycles ago, I was the last survivor of a vessel brought down by hostiles - we never knew what race it was. They did not speak a civilized tongue. All this was on the far side of the galaxy from here, in the System of Miasmic Giants."

This is a species that nearly destroyed 'Crecka's ship in the System of Miasmic Giants.

A: The short answer is yes, the Forerunners indexed and reintroduced many sentient species into the Milky Way galaxy. The longer answer is that only a fraction of these species have gone on to build tools or achieve even Tier 7 (preindustrial) signature technologies in the millennia following the firing of Halo; of those, only a handful have been encountered by humanity in the Orion Arm region of the galaxy. In fact, not even every species that fell under the yoke of the Covenant have been contacted and catalogued by the UNSC, as the Prophets did not deign many worthy of trading service for salvation within their fleets and the Sangheili kept few records of civil affairs.
