Castro was a human who at some point following the Human-Covenant War signed for the Artificial intelligence Armored matrix containment and display module that was part of Project ALOHA-19 at UNSC Transit Dock L22, Luna on a June 27 after it arrived from Havenwinter, Ballast. The module was then proceeded to be sent to Orlando, Earth to be used by Gabriela for an Outpost Discovery.[1]
Production notes
The sign in sheet at Halo: Outpost Discovery has several nods to people involved in the process of the event. The character's name of M. I. Castro was a direct reference to marketing manager Megan Castro.[2]
