McFarlane Toys's Halo 3 action figures replaced the Joyride figures for Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. The figures were much smaller than Joyride's, with most figures at a 6-inch scale. The figures included characters from campaigns and multiplayer Spartans with various armor and colors. These figures featured interchangeable armor, mirroring the ability from the game. The figures were released in several series. From Series 5 on, the series were rebranded simply as Halo and included characters from other Halo games. This line of figures also included the Halo Points promotion, where points earned by buying figures cold be redeemed for prizes. Other types of Halo 3 figures we're also made by McFarlane Toys, including vehicle models and 12-inch figures.
