Soirapt,[1] along with Warial and Teash, is one of the three natural satellites orbiting Doisac, the Jiralhanae homeworld and the third planet in the Oth Sonin system.[2] In early Jiralhanae history, their loosely held religion was based on the lunar cycles of Soirapt and the other two moons, as they perpetually haunted Doisac's skyline.[3]
Unlike Warial and Teash, which host Jiralhanae colonies, the moon of Soirapt is lifeless, and is even known to the Jiralhanae as the "corpse-moon". The Scale of Soirapt, a variant of the Type-25 Brute plasma rifle, is built in the image of this moon with secrets that only the most cunning Jiralhanae can unlock.[4]
