HI!!![edit]

Welcome to Halopedia, TheLostJedi! I'm Guesty-Persony-Thingy, but you can just call me Guesty, or, more commonly, GPT. I am an administrator here at Halopedia, and I know a lot about Halo and editing wikis, so if you EVER need ANY help with ANYTHING, just talk to me here. Again, welcome to Halopedia, and I hope you enjoy your stay here! =D --NOTASTAFF GPT(talk)(eating) 21:40, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

Red-op[edit]

As far as we know, most Spartan missions consist of one team. For a mission, members of Blue team can be moved to Red team and vice verca. For instance, for the Reach-op, all Spartans involved were on Red team whilst the Gamma station-op consisted of a 3-person Blue Team.

Having more than one team is very confusing as each would be on their own missions and may not be able to communicate.

Red and Blue create splinter-groups within them if they have to do two or more things at once. For example: Red team splits into groups named after the Greek alphabet (ie. Alpha, Beta, Gamma team). After the augmentation caused the deaths of some 30 Spartans, it seems that "Green team" was merged with Red and Blue. Note that Green team is reused by Blue team in similar fashion to "Team Alpha", also supporting the possibility that Green has become part of Blue.

My final piece of evidence is that just the name "Team Omega" is used on a mission where Red Team splits up, and just happens to follow Red teams naming designations does sound too much to be a coincidence, don't you think?--Forerunner 10:49, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

On that quote...yes. Red and Blue team never have less than 6 members in their team unless they had to split up.--Forerunner 11:06, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
I'd also like to point out that one of our "unwritten rules" (which may have been written:p) is that Speculation is allowed as long as there is reasonable evidence that it is the truth. An example of this would be the Halopedia article on Spartan-IIIs being made before the release of Halo: Ghosts of Onyx. That page was made purely out of a line mentioning a project called "S-III".--Forerunner 11:10, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
For the Gamma station-op, only three Spartans were there, yes. When it is not considered a dangerous mission, they send less Spartans there. The rest of Blue team were moved into Red team. Have you thought about instead writing "it is likely" or "it is possible that they were part of Red team due to their use of the greek alphabet as a team designation."?--Forerunner 11:25, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

Red Team[edit]

Members of Red team were present during the Third Battle of Harvest. Keep in mind that there is a period of time between the Spirit of Fire's arrival at Epsilon indi and the beginning of Halo Wars. As show on the Microsoft website for Halo Wars, Red team was present at this engagement but left before the start of the game. --Forerunner 13:09, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

I doubt it, that site acts like a game... it shows that whilst the SPARTANs are fighting on Harvest, the Relic is found... I guess they left right before the game starts.--Forerunner 15:38, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
