The texture files refer to it as
large_fuel_tank
. Coupled with the fact that there's no need to strap several smaller bombs onto a bomb that size, and the conspicuous-looking pressure gauge on one side (which reads "TANK CAPACITY", though it's much easier to make out in the files), I'm inclined to believe it's just a fuel tank being used to make a bigger boom. The trouble is, I have no idea how to categorize the article if it's changed, maybe some wiki vets can shed some light? [[User:ZakT|ZakT]] ([[User talk:ZakT|talk]]) 07:20, August 2, 2020 (EDT) |

Do we really need this page -- or, rather do we need it under this namespace? Do we have its real name somewhere? -Stigma-231File:1214691735 Halo2emblem.ashxv3.jpeg|16px]]·you caught me off-guard·[Talk][Cont] 02:44, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
We'll have to find a source to find its real name.Yuhi33 05:18, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
Well, from the way it behaves, it might be a thermal bomb (Not Nuclear - That would be in a wider and larger blast radius and dangerous to the Marines in the next level), seeing that the Fire still burns on the ceiling on the next level). Also, remember that the UNSC Soldiers said that they placed smaller charges around the base to enhance the blast....File:Cortana Gif.gif|24px - Artificial | Intelligence 05:32, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
Leave it until we find what it is called, then we just change the title. Halonerd147 18:36, 12 July 2008 (UTC)
