1. A detailed description of what's in the picture - It is a SpecOps Elite (Sangheili) throwing an ignited Plasma Grenade at Flood Combat Forms over several dead bodies of Grunts (Unggoy).
2. When the screenshot was taken - Most likely around the date of 3 January 2007 as it was uploaded then.
3. What version of the Halo game? - Halo: Combat Evolved
4. What level and if possible the location in the level? - This screenshot was taken on the level, The Maw just a few metres after Master Chief has to drive a Warthog during the last part of the level and game.
