After the Human-Covenant War, Kowloon, much like the capital city Mindoro, experienced an economic post-war boom. The city constructed a new yacht club.
In April 2553, Kilo-Five traveled to Cascade. Vasily Beloi and Malcolm Geffen went to the Old Admiralty Hotel bar in Kowloon while on shore leave.[1]
Trivia
The city was named after the urban area that is part of the Hong Kong S.A.R.
