This article is about the medal in Halo 3 and later. For other uses, see Running Riot (disambiguation).

The Running Riot medal (known as Rampage in Halo 2) is awarded for killing 15 opponents in a row without dying in multiplayer and Spartan Ops. In campaign and Firefight it is awarded for killing 30 enemies in a row without dying. In Halo: Spartan Assault and Halo: Spartan Strike the medal is awarded for killing ten enemies in a row without being hit.

The medal is represented by a silver 6-sided star with a purple target in the middle. In Spartan Assault and Spartan Strike it is represented by a stylized shield. When a player earns this medal the announcer will shout "Running Riot!" to the player that received it.

Trivia

A way to get this medal is to camp with a Shotgun, Energy Sword, Sniper Rifle, or other power weapon, and avoid enemies. When they advance, stay out of sight, and as they get closer, execute an ambush, assassinate them, or snipe them.
