I was checking [http://www.destinypedia.com/Main_Page Destinypedia] (like I do once every two years), and I noticed that they have a randomized logo. It can be a Titan, a Warlock, or a Hunter (the main character classes you can create in ''Destiny''). For ''Halo 5: Guardians''' release, we didn't do much. So I was wondering if it were a good idea to replace our current Master Chief by randomized ''Halo 5'' characters—namely the members of Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris, all 8 playable characters—in a randomized fashion. To be clear, I don't know if it's something we really need, or if it's even possible. As for the images, I suppose we'd have enough renders for each character. To add to the above idea. I have an idea we could do. Instead of staying to one game.(aka the newest) we can spread out the randomized logo for all games(plus potential other art)

I found them on digging on Halo Waypoint and the Internet Archive in 2009-10ish. And felt we could get a good use out of them in someway seeing as the materials exist and have been abandoned by 343i pretty much.-[[User:CIA391|CIA391]] ([[User talk:CIA391|talk]]) 20:15, 8 June 2016 (EDT)

I was checking Destinypedia (like I do once every two years), and I noticed that they have a randomized logo. It can be a Titan, a Warlock, or a Hunter (the main character classes you can create in Destiny). For Halo 5: Guardians' release, we didn't do much. So I was wondering if it were a good idea to replace our current Master Chief by randomized Halo 5 characters—namely the members of Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris, all 8 playable characters—in a randomized fashion. To be clear, I don't know if it's something we really need, or if it's even possible. As for the images, I suppose we'd have enough renders for each character. It could certainly work. Wookieepedia has a similar thing with a randomized character or object over their search bar if you use the monobook layout over the Wikia one. We could also throw in other characters that we have decent renders of, like Halsey, the Arbiter, etc. I'll bump this up here too. There was quite a few good ideas in that thread. --NightHammer(talk)(contribs) 17:06, 13 February 2016 (EST)
I myself have customized a randomized wiki logo as well as header for the default nimbus skin, so it's certainly possible for this to work. The randomized logo and site background code can be found here.--Spartacus TalkContribs 18:43, 13 February 2016 (EST)

Suggestions

Comments

Looks good. Perhaps we can get some of Lasky, Cortana, Palmer, Halsey, and the Arbiter too eventually. --NightHammer(talk)(contribs) 23:51, 19 March 2016 (EDT)

Wow, those look awesome!--Spartacus TalkContribs 11:33, 21 March 2016 (EDT)

A couple of things. The first, the Tanaka one doesn't really work due to how low she sits in the image. I think it's important that their heads are all positioned roughly the same. Second, the Locke one has a lot of white left around the edges, these things would need to be fixed before they were used.

I'm going to make a few more options, I'll add them here when I'm done.--Soul reaper (talk) 06:33, 26 March 2016 (EDT)
