Again, there is no need to create an article based on a generic title of a weapon. Assault carbine simply refers to a carbine firearm of an assault rifle. You don't know that. This could actually be the name of the weapon. Halo already has generic titles of weapons (Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, Sniper Rifle.) I'm against deletion since it's been revealed and confirmed.--ADinoSupremacist 23:00, 7 April 2012 (EDT)

Correction; they have specific designations (i.e. MA5C, M6G and M392). Since this is not an actual designation and simply a generic title, I don't think your argument stays valid.— subtank 07:33, 8 April 2012 (EDT)

Assault Carbine image in Game Informer

The actual Assault Carbine's image is in the Game Informer issue on Halo 4. It looks like a cross between the Carbine and Needle Rifle. Due to scans not being allowed I can't post the image. --ADinoSupremacist 00:00, 8 April 2012 (EDT)

I have seen the image though. There's an Elite holding a blue Carbine/Needler Rifle like weapon. If the Carbine is returning I'd say it would look like the Carbine from Halo 3 and not a blue redesigned weapon. --ADinoSupremacist 13:24, 8 April 2012 (EDT)

I saw the picture but it simply looks like a grapically updated or canon-upgraded "Covenant Carbine" and not a brand new weapon. Regardless you're not getting the point. You have to have patience. There's no point in adding an article that is nothing more than a stub that says "...set to appear in Halo 4" with no other information as abundant as the BR85 to make it a fulfilling article. And to state its a Covenant weapon based off what YOU believe it be?? That's speculation and doesn't count towards the article. Don't rush and create these articles without thinking. Wait till 343 updates us with more information. Or else you will continuously have YOUR articles deleted. --Killamint 13:44, 8 April 2012 (EDT)
