- "Good guy, but liked to think with his fists."
- — Brimley on Langston.
Langston was an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper in the UNSC Marine Corps. He was part of the 105th Shock Troops Division, and was assigned to the UNSC Atlas during 2525.
History
On April 2525, Langston was stationed on UNSC Atlas under the command of then-Second Lieutenant Antonio Silva.[1] He was one of two ODSTs accidentally killed by John-117, while two others were severely injured, after a fight in the ship's gym.[2] He was also a friend of Brimley.[3] In 2552, a bitter Silva reveals to Captain Jacob Keyes that the fight that left Langston dead was staged to test the Spartan's capabilities.[4]
