Swanbourne is a western coastal suburb of Perth, Western Australia, in the country of Australia.
History
In the 20th and 21st century, Swanbourne was the home of the Australian Army's Special Air Service Regiment (SASR), which was modeled after the British SAS. It was regarded as one of the best special operations forces at the time.
In the mid-26th century, the Office of Naval Intelligence's Beta-5 Division Ordnance Testing Facility was located in Swanbourne. This facility was responsible for designing and testing the stealth-oriented MJOLNIR Scout and Recon variants.[1][2][3] Swanbourne was used as a testing site for the GEN2 EVA.[4]
