:I believe he was referring to the second Spartan who we control in ''Halo: Spartan Strike'', Operation E: Brother's Keeper, in Gamma Halo and New Phoenix. Is there any source for what branch the Headhunters are under? The article says NAVSPECWAR without giving any source or explanation.
