The Special Warfare Center, also known as Special Warfare Center Seongham[1] (or SWC) in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, United Korea, is a testing ground and training facility for the United Nations Space Command.
History
MJOLNIR testing
The SWC is one of the main MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor testing facilities on Earth. There is a desert-like area with buildings and captured Covenant vehicles to give the training area a more realistic appearance. There is also a possibility that the armor itself was constructed there due to the fall of ONI facilities on Reach.
Maria-062 first tested the MJOLNIR Mark VI armor at this location, sparring against Echo and Kilo teams of ODSTs.[2]
