How to become a Bureaucrat

Bureaucrat is a slightly advanced Administrator usergroup given to an Administrator if the other Bureaucrats agree that adding another one is appropriate.

Alternatively a Bureaucrat can also pass on their status to another Administrator if they are retiring from being an Administrator.

Bureaucrat Help Guide

  • Special:UserRights
    • Grant and revoke rollback status from a user, in accordance with the policy.
    • Grant and revoke Patroller status from a user, in accordance with the policy.
    • Grant and revoke administrator and bureaucrat status to a user, in accordance with the policy.
  • Special:RenameUser
  • Special:EditProfile
    • Edit other users' social profiles, such as removing offensive content.
  • Delete board messages of other users.
