It all depends on how the UNSC Navy is organised. It may have squadrons ''and'' battle groups. For example, some navies are organised like this: Flotilla/Squadron (led by commodores), Task Group (rear admiral), Battle Fleet (vice admiral), Fleet (admiral), or something along those lines. It is likely that squadrons make up battle groups in the UNSC (or something similar). --[[User:Raiderdline61|<span style="color:black">Raiderdline61</span>]] [[User talk:Raiderdline61|<span style="color:gray">"7777777"</span>]] 16:28, 10 March 2012 (EST)

I'm pretty sure this is talking about Battle Groups. --UserWiki:Specops306|Specops306]], Kora 'Morhek 00:09, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

It all depends on how the UNSC Navy is organised. It may have squadrons and battle groups. For example, some navies are organised like this: Flotilla/Squadron (led by commodores), Task Group (rear admiral), Battle Fleet (vice admiral), Fleet (admiral), or something along those lines. It is likely that squadrons make up battle groups in the UNSC (or something similar). --Raiderdline61 "7777777" 16:28, 10 March 2012 (EST)

Given the lack of sourcing, references, or even mention in the Halo Universe, I see no need for this article.--The All-knowing Sith'ari 19:02, 10 March 2012 (EST)
I concur. While the UNSC Navy borrows a lot from modern-day navies, that fact alone doesn't justify having an article for something that hasn't even been mentioned once in Halo fiction. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 23:41, 2 September 2012 (EDT)
