== Red Dot ==
I figured out what the protruding red bump on the rear end of the slide is! I was reading a book of firearms by David Miller, and I came across an M1911 prototype with a Tansley loaded weapon indicator. When a round is chambered, a small red dot protrudes from the rear. This simple bump is a means of determining whether or not the gun is live!
I would like to know if I should add this to any of the M6 pages. --[[User:Delta1138|Delta1138]] [[User_talk:Delta1138|SnooPING AS usual I see]] 12:31, 7 April 2011 (EDT)

info from field guide[edit]

i saw in the odst field guide that variants encountered in the previous halo games like the M6D is the "up-sized" version of M6B to fit in a spartan's hand and so forth. This really should be included in the list of variants as it was omitted.

Red Dot[edit]

I figured out what the protruding red bump on the rear end of the slide is! I was reading a book of firearms by David Miller, and I came across an M1911 prototype with a Tansley loaded weapon indicator. When a round is chambered, a small red dot protrudes from the rear. This simple bump is a means of determining whether or not the gun is live!
