What's this? --Dragonclaws 00:42, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

That's what I was wondering... apparently RR knows, since he uses it.—This unsigned comment was made by Guesty-Persony-Thingy (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~
Something useful. Cheers, 49 Proximal Secant[oracle]File:H3 Monitor.PNG 05:43, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
By adding {{Clear}} you force the next bit of code that uses
tags down below. For example:

Here we have the Corporal page without using the Clear code. Notice how the two tables that use DIV codes mesh with each other creating a jumbled mess:

Without Clear

Rank Infobox |name=Corporal |image= |affiliation=United Nations Space Command |higher rank=Sergeant |lower rank=Lance Corporal |command=none |known=*Corporal Wilkins

Corporal is the fourth enlisted rank in the UNSC Marine Corps as well, ranking immediately above Lance Corporal and immediately below Sergeant. Corporal is the lowest grade of Non-commissioned officer in the UNSC Marine Corps, though promotion to Corporal traditionally confers a large jump in authority and responsibility compared to promotion from Private through Lance Corporal. With the Clear Code

Now notice that with the CLEAR code the second DIV table is pushed down below the first DIV table. Rank Infobox |name=Corporal |image= |affiliation=United Nations Space Command |higher rank=Sergeant |lower rank=Lance Corporal |command=none |known=*Corporal Wilkins

Corporal is the fourth enlisted rank in the UNSC Marine Corps as well, ranking immediately above Lance Corporal and immediately below Sergeant. Can we move this template to Template:- just to make things easier and quicker to type? Some wikias use {{-}} for the Clear Template. Teh lolz! Bionicle+Lotr 00:50, October 16, 2009 (UTC)

No. We are not "some wikias". Sorry but sometimes you just have to put in that extra effort.- 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 00:51, October 16, 2009 (UTC)
