Confetti is a multitude of colorful pieces of paper, mylar or metallic material which is usually thrown at parades and celebrations.
In the Halo universe
The Grunt Birthday Party Skull, which spews confetti from a Grunt's head when killed with a headshot from a semi-automatic weapon.
The .30 Caliber Light Machine Gun, nicknamed the "Confetti Maker", a weapon used by Human forces in the days before the discovery of Halo.
