:Aye, they do. The name of the mission is escaping me because I just woke up, but it's where you have to set up the Kodiak artillery to barrage the gravity lift. In the opening in-game cutscene, there's a Shroud at the center of the turret emplacement that shoots down Jerome's pelican, and I'm pretty sure it's there throughout the level.
