Riptide is a multiplayer map in Halo 5: Guardians, and a remix of Fathom. It was released as part of the Infinity's Armory content update.[1]
The map is a simulation of an abandoned Imbrium Machine Complex facility on a colony world controlled by the Created, who intend to reterraform it. It includes the Halo 2 battle rifle.[2]
Trivia
- There are four Grunt plushes that are hidden throughout the map.
- This map has a spot where two deckchairs and an umbrella are staring out into the ocean outside the map.
- In one of the plant boxes hides a cube, which is Mr. Meeseeks box from the show Rick and Morty.
